Leasing 10 Step Program |

Does the
leasing process sound too confusing? Well the first time it may seem
a bit intimidating, but it is really a simple procedure (plus we are
a phone call away for any questions). Luckily for you, most of these
steps are for Oakridge Leasing to complete! |

- KwikQuote™:
Utilize the current Lease Pricing Guide Oakridge Leasing has provided
to you. This will give your customer a good "ball park"
idea on how much a typical company will pay (i.e. two or more
years under current ownership and reasonably "clean credit"
for both the business and its principals).
- Application Form Completed:
For leases under $75,000, the client completes a one page KwikLease™
credit application (the are available on our web site). For larger
leases we will contact the customer to obtain the financial statements
required for our Preferred Commercial Lease program.
- Credit Analysis:
For leases under $75,000 approvals are usually available in 4-8
hours. Larger leases may take from 2-4 days to approve.
- Vendor Documentation:
The equipment vendor submits actual invoices for the equipment
to be leased. Prior to this a Vendor application must be received
by Oakridge Leasing.
- APPROVAL! Oakridge
Leasing will issue its approval re-confirming the rates and terms
available for your customer.
- Legal Stuff:
Lease Documents are prepared, faxed, emailed or sent via overnight
courier to your customer. A pre-paid overnight envelope is provided
to your customer to return the documents to Oakridge Leasing.
- We Issue You a PO:
You can now ship the equipment to your customer. You and/or your
customer notifies Oakridge Leasing as soon as the equipment is
on-site and is operational.
- Delivery: The
equipment is delivered to you customer..
- Oral Verification:
Your customer will be called for a final oral verification that
the specific equipment described in the lease is on-site and functional!
A Delivery and Acceptance agreement is signed by your customer
and faxed back to Oakridge Leasing.
- You are PAID IN FULL.
Payments are sent no later than the next business day via overnight
mail.
